What is the general consensus on Makhaya Ntini's controversial history

it really doesnt
If it was there is a possibility of Ntini's skin color becoming a bias. If not, how he got scott free is an interesting discussion. From all it looks as Ntini's fame must have helped. Otherwise a rape case with overwhelming evidence will not be thrown out that easily.

Correct. Massive societal pressure.
The underlying issue is that women will do what society encourages them to do. They are very susceptible to societal conditioning.

Do you think today there is societal pressure and societal conditioning that conditions women to jump on the bandwagon of ruining the career of successful men in cases where consent may have been given, but a bad taste was left in the mouth (bad ***, bad breakup etc)?

This is literally something only someone who hasn’t had exposure to the criminal justice system and what it puts alleged victims through could dream up.

It’s one thing to say someone has made an allegation which isn’t made out - people do that for a variety of reasons, not all of which are nefarious.

But it’s another level altogether to say women “jump on the bandwagon” of ruining lives by knowingly making false rape allegations. It’s as rare as hens teeth for that sort of thing to, firstly, happen then secondly get to a charge let alone to court.

What accusers have to go through in ***ual assault cases is not barrel of laughs.

Genuinely, how can you or anyone not involved in the case know that?

Also, this is hilarious and stupid because you say it as though this is a peculiarly female phenomenon.
Well it's a masculine trait to rebel, but that has been conditioned out of young men today. So now they do it as well.

Despite your extraordinarily high IQ, stay away from women like Rose McGowan, Asia Argento and Ansari's accuser, or men (if that's your fancy) like Jussie Smollett.
responding to my (correct) assertion that those who seek to pervert the discourse around ***ual assault do so via citing ad hoc isolated examples of false accusations by citing ad hoc isolated examples of false accusations isn't the dunk you think it is slick

The complexities of how common law countries with centuries-old criminal justice systems established in eras where women were basically chattels should deal with ***ual assault cases in the 21st century is one of the more interesting and perplexing problems facing the modern justice system imho.
