What is a hip dominant fast bowler, a muscle dominant fast bowler and a knee dominant fast bowler and what are the differences and pros and cons?

For example, if you are aiming to be an opening bowler or be focused on pace which would be best suited, or like which helps with control or how are both of them styles used in a match? Right now I am looking for a much-suited bowling action and other things so I have to keep this dominant stuff in mind when finding my form and rhythm but I don't know anything about hip-dominant, muscle-dominant and knee-dominant fast bowling
