Pity I didn't think of it earlier but the way to penalise those that don't make a pick would have been to wait until all the other drafts have gone and then randomised it!

Or is that evil?

Either way GB, this harsh stance on absent managers truly makes you a "man on a missio"

I want to be tough but sometimes, i feel slack.. but people know the rules and it only helps the people who always submit on time....

If a manager doesn't submit i do a random pick...
and i try to make sure that someone who does submit doesn't miss out on someone they want...

Judging by the random picks given in Round 1, those who fail to submit are definitely at a disadvantage already!
