can some one go into great detail and explain everything about trading there is to know like how many ? is it compulsory? etc.

The trading period will officially begin after this week's round of matches and will last for about 3 weeks.

You don't have to trade if you don't want to. The idea is to trade player for player. Make an offer to another manager through a personal message or other means. If the offer is accepted then you go to the designated thread and post it there. The other manager will then have to verify the trade before it goes through.

You can't trade for draft picks this season so it's just player for player.

Graham will be keeping track of the moves as he did a good job of doing that last season.

That's the main gist of it.
