Well after a heap of support and a vote by the board, it has been announced that TN manager Cloete has been re-instated...

The WCC now has a new rule in place which will take effect immediatley in cases of non submission...

If a manager does not submit his team twice in a season he is gone, whoever at the beginning of each season your count is reset... In addition to this, if you go 2 seasons without missing a submission then your limit will be increased to 3...

This is to benefit the long term people who are constant with there submissions...
If you get your limit to 3 and then fail to submit once, then the next season your limit will be reduced to 2, until you prove yourself for 2 seasons again....

For the record Cloete is officially on his last warning for this season... 1 more forfeit and he is gone....

What would happen if someone didn't submit for the third time and there was no waiting list?

That would be considered at the time, on a few points, like how involved they have been, is it beneficial for the WCC and their team to continue to keep them on as manager....

thanks for that blewy. also just wondering. i think maybe we should make it 2 in a row? or 2 in 3-4 weeks? because i mean there can be reasons that you may not submit a team, i mean things that come up suddenly. but just a tohught..... thanks for my re-instating
