Don't mind it anyway. Give them a tough time in grade cricket will make them better and stronger, same as having a higher standard of opposition would. No point holding their hands while they develop then they get to international cricket and can't handle it.

I don't like the idea of sledging a grade cricketer as an international guy but I get that being a high-level professional in sport is a whole new level of mentality and I think, for some, it's hard to turn off the hyper-competitiveness.
