The new sim on experience...

How exactly does this work. On VC4 stats and averages were the key factor, but this season with the new sim running experience has become a key factor as well. Is it possible for someone like Blewy to give us a full run down on experience, and all the other factors like age, and averages. This will help when it comes to trading, just so we know what we're in for if we sign up an inexperienced 50 bat etc.

I've been pretty happy with the new sim. There are some things which need to be changed for sure, but its been a pretty good edition to WCC.
