Never. My batting has lead to many a blue victory in the past. Long may it continue. :sp_ike:

To be honest, the pace attack as a lot to prove in OD matches. Fuller, Demeza and Collins aren't exactly established in that form of the game. Patrick is really the lone exception, with 78 wickets, an average under 30, and an economy rate under 4.5.

I reckon Adam should surely transfer his amazing FC economy-rate into the OD form this season, especially with the help of the pace camp, under guidance of senior pacemen.

I totally agree.
I believe I shouldn't be playing OD at all.

That is in all seriousness also, pick Collins and Nanden before me for OD.

I'm out for 4d scalps, and 4d injuries to opposition batsmen. My major goal.
OD is back burner for me, persoanly., and for the team (the greater good of blue) I am not as effective in one dayers!!! :D:D:D

Batsmen seem to favour his lack of pace. He may be quite handy on the slower pitches though.
Agreed.
Unlucky for Adam, but some top order bat will crack him in the early stages.
But I am a firm believer in the fact that ADam will contain ANY team during the middle stages of a one dayer (like harris of NZ....no seriously....) :D

Play him, he will bring the goods!!!!

Liam.
On a different note, If you ever need a hand with stats of teams for the dev league, or simulating games in future I wish to put my hand up and help.

Sure, you don't need to say "that's nice" now, or in the near future, if it comes up in the distant future I wish to help.
\Sure you have your "team" to help you, but if that ever comes up short, know you have others intersted in simming and helping CW's future.

(no, this was not a suck up thread).

If it's 4D cricket you're after, you should find another league. :p

The sim can do 4D (and 3D and less) matches too, but at the start of Dev League cricket, the decision was to play 5D cricket.

I think one of our priorities with the warmup games should be to get a look at what the squad might be like when the internationals are gone, as they will be at times during the season. We all know that when Simon and Andrew and Liam are playing they are the experienced heads we can look at to guide the team, but when they aren't we have to be able to win as well. Last season we had a very poor start without the internationals, and when we rallied later in the season it was much too late.
