Test Match Pitch/Conditions Rating Thread

Haven't seen any threads or general analysis on Test Match conditions but I thought it'd be interesting to see the average consensus of conditions from everyone post-Test match and create a historical record for reference as there is nothing on statsguru.

Rating Guide:

0
Offers absolutely nothing to bowlers
1 Heavily favours batters
2 Favours batters
3-4 Slightly favours batters
5 Even Stevens
6-7 Slightly favours the bowlers
8 Favours bowlers
9 Heavily favours bowlers
10 Sticky/heavily cracked/dangerous wicket

Basically rate 0-10 on how tough or easy conditions were for batting & bowling in your opinion. Rate how hard/easy it was to face pace bowlers and spin bowlers throughout the Test. Also rate on how generally difficult/easy the conditions were for each day of the Test match.

Count the ratings in between Tests.
Start with the 2 most recent Tests involving Australia vs. India and England vs. New Zealand.

No pitch thread on CW is complete without quoting this classic.

Well I did list a bouncy road, slow road or turning road; for road that have a bit of movement. You could also have road with a bit seam movement (seamy road). There are other options then just road, seamer or turner. This pitch offer no side ways movement for quicks or spinners.

I disagree with the scale. In general when you're rating things out of ten, ten is best. Therefore a sticky/heavily cracked/dangerous wicket should be rated a ten and 'offers absolutely nothing to the bowlers' should be rated zero.
Yeah, fair enough. I'll change it.
