Bowl ’em over, boys

Kadambari Murali
Lahore, March 11

Sourav Ganguly set the tone for the India-Pakistan series by declaring at a press conference here that he disagreed with Javed Miandad's statement that it didn't matter who won or lost. "I don't agree with this goodwill issue, and honestly, neither will the Pakistani players. We are here to win," he said.

I think Ganguly is a very bold person, one should never be afraid of telling the truth.Though i can understand the stand taken by Miandad too,he knows that they can't win the series and as such are comming up with statement that winning or losing don't matter but we all know better!
