State of Origin Series

Right, so I'm going to sim a State of Origin series where CWers will turn out for their nation of ancestry since we're all CWland citizens

The following list is a preliminary one. If you do not wish to participate in this series please say so.

If you wish to represent a team other than the one you've been grouped in, please say so with a good reason why

We'll also need captains to name teams and orders. Plus help deciding squads.

For sake of simplicity we can have Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Rest of the World.

But given the amount of players, it'd be possibly to have multiple Australian teams, either 2 with 1 being NSW and the other Rest of Aus, or simply things like Oz 1, Oz 2 or whatever.
However the first option will get things done faster, probably be more interesting.
Am open to discussion on this.
