ok i have R Webster who at the start of last season bowled 17 overs per game, during the season he ended up with 165 overs from 10 games. which means 16.5 per game, how is it possible that it could slip to 13???:O:!(
in his one-day he started off the new season with 4 overs per game, during the season hw bowled 48 overs from 10 matches. yet his overs slipped to 3, they should have increased to 5 atleast rather than dropping. but he should be about 4 overs pe rgame in 1d rather than 3. what's with that? :!( as well as this his s/r for the season was 32, before it started it was at 44. he had only played 29 matches. how did it only come down to 41.6!!! it should have ATLEAST been around 39!
he also started the season batting at 35 4d off only 29 matches, he batted 18 innings and hit 715 runs at an average of 47! yet his avge only went up 2.6! so he's at 37.6!!! that's completely unfair when you look at what happened to hogg. games should be taken into account when deciding averages... webster should be atleast 39!! i admit though, his 1d should drop to about 25-28. as long as his 1d s/r is also reduced to make it fair.
with bahradwaj he ended the season having bowled 36 overs, before the season he bowled 5 overs with a s/r of 39. now he also ended with a s/r of 36! now if his overs can slip! surely his s/r must come down a BIT!!! but it satyed at 39 even though he ended with a s/r of 36.
also with M Parlane after starting the season with a batting avge of just about 26, he eneded up with an avge of 39. but his avge has only gone up to 29. shouldn't it be above 30??
i don't think it's too fair that these should happen when you have players like hogg who only batted 4 times and only got out once but ended up avging 105, yet hhe had playd 89 games already at an average of 24 and it went up all the way to 33. even though he only batted 4 times and a h/s of 37*.
i used the updated records viewer stats to view all of these. could all of these issues please be looked into.
