congratulations to Warwickshire...
For our guys twice in two years that this even point situation has happened and we've been on the wrong side of it. Not to mention a tied game in a play off one day game a couple of seasons ago meaning we went down... a drawn match in a play off game a couple of years ago due to rain which we were about to win, meaning we stayed down instead of going up... So that's 3 unfortunate bordering on unfair instances...
I feel that a fairer way to look at this would be how the two teams have performed against eachother over the season. if it's 1-1 then go to bonus points... just a suggestion for future years (as this was how i was beaten last year when it came down to it).
But rules are rules and I'll build a bridge, if i was on the other side of the coin (i'm just ****ed off cos i never am) i'd be jumping for joy...
But Western Province are keen to make amends next week against NSW
