Both players with great peaks, but whose averages would look immensely better if you cherry pick out a later career decline.

Waqar had a better peak I'd say and more marked fall. However Lindwall was absolute bog standard the last 17 Tests of his career as well.

Really the last 6 tests in 59/60 are what hurts. Dropped his average over a point.
