Viv & Lillee - 10 (Don't think anything better exists)
Imran & Gavaskar - 8 (a little tarnished by 83 India tour and Imran was a relative let down with ball in India for his stature; a little bit extra points for being the best India v Pakistan individual Test rivalry)
Lara & McGrath - 9 (99 solos)
Waugh & Ambrose - 9 (how can you just not?? Both always brought the best against the other team)
Kohli & Anderson - 6 (It's good but pretty one sided and not comparable to these)
Donald & Atherton - 7 (Atherton had an ATG tour, but overall don't think it's top tier)

Kohli vs Anderson is not one sided though I'll rate it 6/10 as well

Kohli vs Anderson I'd say Kohli has one series where he beat Anderson (2018) while Anderson won all their other encounters comfortably, Kohli and Anderson never really faced off in India but if we're counting those borderline non encounters, Jimmy won 2012 and Kohli 2016.

More importantly, Jimmy heavily contributed to the destruction of Kohli's career and exposed the offside stump weakness first, which made his decline phase/old phase far worse than it would've been had that technical flaw not been public knowledge for 10 years.

Anderson faced Kohli in India in one series I think.
