Post War Test Anonymous Listing Comparison thread

This is just another methodology to determine the top X post-war cricketers, in the following 3 disciplines:

Top Batsmen

Top Bowlers

Top Allrounders

What you, my dear reader, need to do is send me via a PM conversation ordered lists of the Top 35 Batmen, Top 21 Bowlers, and Top 15 All-Rounders. These need to be ordered so I can ultimately compile and assign points based on list rankings.

All-rounders can (but don't need to) overlap with either of the specialist lists.

All players need to have the preponderance of their careers after WWII. So this means Bradman out, Hutton in. Let me know in here if you have questions on any other players' eligibility, but practically speaking those were the 2 that immediately stood out to me.

Also, the reason we got 21 bowlers on this list, is because 21 is where I've got Lindwall, and we ain't excluding my man just like that.

Final note: I'm going on vacation shortly, and will be back by mid next week. So Tuesday, when I get back will be when I look through and compile what should hopefully be a bunch of PMed lists, into the final ranking. So do try and get your lists in by then!

By preponderance I assume he is in essence saying the majority of their career should be post-war. Which would apply for excluding Bradman and including Nourse.

Lol, I'm just sticking with these three categories for now: batsmen, bowlers, all-rounders (concerning batting and bowling disciplines).

We could consider wicket keeping, captaincy, slip and all other manners of fielding in later listing, if there is interest.
