I don't mind this team. Although it would be nice to find a keeper good in this format, Wade will play though - left field would be Phil Hughes with the gloves.Go away
Warner
Finch
Marsh
Maddinson
Bailey
Maxwell
Wade
Forkers (debut)
Coota Nile
Starc
Doherty
May have been through injury but Watson isn't in the t20 frame these days is he?
Why not Agar? I'm not happy with Doherty as an Australian player because of his inability to perform in pressure situations and his poor record in England. I want to see the young kid have a go on debut. There is no way I'd be playing Agar in t20s tbh, maybe ODIs though, we may as well stick with Doherty for the t20s or bring SOK over for a bit of a batting contribution
It would force him to develop t20 skills at a time when we desperately need him to be developing 4/5 day cricket skills, if he matures and becomes a good t20 option then give him a run.Why not Agar? Ludeman is an option I guess Brockley, I just feel he needs another big season in BBL before he can get a spot.
Fair enough mate. I just don't rate Doherty and feel as though playing Agar who is already in England could be a viable option. His batting is exciting and I think he looks like a good short form option that could be an option for the World Cup in just 18 months time.It would force him to develop t20 skills at a time when we desperately need him to be developing 4/5 day cricket skills, if he matures and becomes a good t20 option then give him a run.
Specialist keeper imo. Dump Maxwell for a proper batsman and then pick NevillI don't mind this team. Although it would be nice to find a keeper good in this format, Wade will play though - left field would be Phil Hughes with the gloves.
