kears_falcon_9

International Debutant
Well the One Day Draft is over and it is time for the Test.

BUT we will not be having a draft. We will be having a trade off.

All managers can make as many trades as they like.

All Trades must be posted and confirmed by me before Sunday 25th July 8:00 PM ACST.

Trades can olny be player for player. not 2 players for one player.

Good luck. Need any more help you can email me.

If you would like to see all the players in each countrys test teams look at the relevent file below.

Adam how about Walcott for Kirsten or anyone else got a good opener?
Hehe you are joking right? No way I would trade Walcott (average 57) for Kirsten (average 42). Walcott is my back-up 'keeper anyway, might even use him full-time.
Like Nnanden I am pretty much done with trading. I have 3 pace bowlers averaging less than 21, as well as Keith Miller who averages around 23, and Wes Hall (around 26). Bill O'Reilly is my main spinner (averages around 22), with Lance Gibbs as backup. Possibly the two greatest allrounders ever in Sobers and Miller, and a very solid top order - Headley, Walcott, Weekes, Richards, Sobers, Lloyd, Greenidge, Lawry.
Only player I would have any use for is a decent 50+ batsman. Any offers welcome.

Indian manager (Nikhil?) - By the looks of it you desperately need a good pace bowler. :p I am interested in Tendulkar, Dravid or Gavaskar, I can offer Wes Hall in return. I am willing to do this as a double trade if you wish.

It takes into account bowling strike rates and economy rates. Averages are calculated from s/r and econ.

As a rough guide: average = economy rate /6 * strike rate.

e.g. for Bill O'Reilly: 1.94/6 * 69.6 = 22.50, which is roughly the same as his actual average of 22.59.

I'm happy with my bowlers s/r's anway, all around 45-60. The only players with a better s/r than Malcolm Marshall are Waqar and Shoaib, and both are very expensive by comparison.

Can you please give us atleast one week to trade?
No, better to get this started as quickly as possible. As I said, I am interested in a 50+ batsman, and you really need a pace bowler. Wes Hall on offer...

ok I'll do the trade...where must I post?
I'm not really interested in Gavaskar as a 1 to 1 trade, as I think Hall is better. I will do 1 to 1 with Tendulkar or Dravid, but with Gavaskar I am only willing to do 2 for 2.

Wazim - I am interested in Waqar and/or Shoaib.
DJellet - Interested in Trueman and any of your top 6. :p

adco73 @ hotmail.com if interested.

Here is my lineup:

CL Walcott
CG Greenidge
WM Lawry
GA Headley
ED Weekes
GStA Sobers
IVA Richards
CH Lloyd
PJL Dujon
KR Miller
MD Marshall
J Garner
CEL Ambrose
WJ O'Reilly
LR Gibbs
WW Hall

All offers considered.

I am willing to trade one or two of Walsh, Holding or Lillee. No sensible offer turned away.
