Warwickshire wish to deny the rumours that J Troughton has demanded a transfer as he feels his new status means he should be playing in Division One next year.

Manager marc71178 said: "Whilst we are all disappointed at being relegated, we feel we can bounce back up, and Jim will be a key part of the promotion push"

When asked whether it was true that he'd received approaches from other teams for Troughton's services - the response was "if he wanted to move to a better team, he's hardly likely to be going to Kent now is he?"

With that the press conference ended with marc71178 ducking a drunken attempted punch from Rich2001, who was upset at the good name of Kent being sullied.

Troughton in restraining order shock!

All Star player of the Series and the new best player in WCCC, Jim Troughton, has taken out a restraining oreder against Rich2001 and his bowler M Saggers.

According to his agent, E Hall - "it was a monster big thing to do, but the threats of violence towards Jim were monster bad, and he's such a monster player, I cannot see any situation but for the 2 to be banned from playing against Warwickshire this season.

We await further developments in this saga, but it does appear that one of Saggers and Troughton will have to move on if the WCCC is to be able to proceed next year...

marc71178 and J Troughton have taken the unprecedented step of issuing a joint statement surrounding the allegations levelled at them by Rich2001.

"We wish to deny any rumours that our relationship is anything but professional. We also wish to point out that since Rich2001 is sleeping with 3 different members of his team behind each other's backs, as well as visiting Clapham Common on a regular basis, and is also wanted for bestiality in 3 different countries, he can hardly sling mud at us."

But you obviously didn't get the photos that prove they arrived 5 hours before me, and I was collecting Jim to come and play for me in the next game.

Marc71178 & Jim have gone missing from warwickshire and are blieved to be in the Kent area.

Kent manager Rich2001 has has warned his players to be on a look out and not take any candy from babies under any cirumstances :P

Police have been notified and warned that both men might be armed and to shoot on sight

Rumours quashed

marc71178 states that he has not been in the Kent area for more than 3 years as he has taste.

However he is reported to be worried as to the whereabouts of his star player, who is rumoured to have taken advantage of his new-found status as a *** symbol by marrying Jade from Big Brother.

Meanwhile, Edwina Currie has been arrested for comments she made allegedging she had out an affair with Troughton in the early 1990's after John Major blew her off (so to speak)
