Official Statement From Kent CCC

Rich2001

International Captain
Kent CCC would like to confirm that talks with Mumbai CC have failed to reach an agrement and the players will stay at with the club unless a better offer is agreed/made.

The Kent locals were said to have been disapointed that talks have failed and the players involded wouldn't be coming to Kent but we feel the offer made just wouldn't have benifited the club, and it would be better off with what we already have.

What's this the Kent manager has just tapped me on the arm... We might have a deal after all, however Mumbai can't confirm till later as he is getting cold feet.... and would like time to think about his offer again. (only jk here sriram, speak again soon, or leave a u2u etc)

Yes Kent Locals have left with a feeling that they seen the Hampshire manager in there and are thinking wether Hampshire have anything to do with the deal not going through

Hampshire in no state to disclose any answers after their team celebration to welcome the newer members of the squad and to a stronger Hampshire squad , it was noted Inzamam Had finished the food before it even more arrived , Hamps manager was a bit pissed of when Kent and their team arrived an hour late , "it was disgrace i tell ya, hes always upto tricks like those" , But it was later on sorted over a can of cold new zealand brewed Steinlager
