Cricketer Of The Year
After talks with members of the board, we have decided to change the board standings a little..

Unfortunatley this means that a couple of current Board members will be stood down, but it was thought that the board needed some new ideas and inputs...

I would like to offer Graham and The Argonaut full time positions on the Board, i do hope you accept...

The new Board will stand like this...

CEO - Blewy (me)
Chairman - Rich2001
Vice Chairman - Marc71178
Members - Bugssy, Graham, Broncoman, Argonaut...

To the Members who have missed out, I would like to thank you for all your efforts and hope that you continue to keeps your efforts up in the WCC....

Its basically designed so that if Rich or Myself are unable to do something due to other commitments then Marc would take control....

While I am quite happy about this, I was wondering why I missed out.

I know I haven't been on much as a result of my Grandfather's illness and was just wondering about it.

Its got nothing to do with those issues Eyes, We just thought that people like Graham, Bronco and Argonaut deserved some recognition for their efforts with the WCC and unfortunatley if we didn't relieve a couple from the current board there would be way to many...

There is nothing saying that you can't get back onto the board in the future...

In fact Marc has had a big input into the way the WCC has turned out in recent times...

He deserves alot of credit...

That's fine Blewy and I agree about Marc but the question remains, why was I booted without being consulted?

Eyes the reason you were left out was that there was only 5 members on the board then Marc was added making 6...
Now i couldn't drop Rich after all the work he has done, and Bugssy has put a heap of work in recently and has already been committed to running the D5 league this season, that only left yourself and Lord and unfortunatley for me to bring in Graham Simon and Arg, i needed to leave you both out...
The reason it was announced before i spoke to you as i couldn't get in touch with you to speak to you, and i didn't want to tell you via email...

All i ask is that you do understand and realise that its nothing against you...

Thank you for clearing that up but i still think it would have been nice if you had asked me if I wanted to contuine being a Board Member.

However I understand the reason and it's fine and hope that I would be considered for a postion on the Board in the future

I'm happy to accept as long as it doesn't matter that I'm not on msm. If this is a problem, you'd be best to go with somebody who was - in this case I'd be happy to offer suggestions or give my thoughts as requested.

GB I don't have a problem with this, but how are we going to conduct our Board Meetings?

To conduct meetings, we may be able to find a chat room or something of the like, if not i could just get Grahams and Jason's submissions etc and put them fwd on their behalf...
