New Sim Question - Batting Position???

In the VC4 database one of one the things you need to name is batting position ie, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11. Now in WCC Sim will such things looked into. Ie openers, top order etc???

you will have to name in batting positions, as for categories only Sri will be able to answer this, but i don't think so..

No sorry there are no categories as such! But u mite want to play ur best bats right at the top in 1 dayers so tht they get to face the maximum nuber of ovrs.

Another question:

Could opening the batting with the rookie effect his proformance? ie Ken Rutherford was forced to open for NZ as a 19 and really rattled his nerves, when he would have been more suited to batting down the order.

You only select the batting order.The sim doesnt really differentiate if u play sriram as an opener or a tailender.But I guess you would want ur best players in the top of the order so that they get the maximum number of overs atleast in the case of 1 day matches.
