It had to happen, John Mitchell got the sack and Graham Henry got the job. Of course Henry used to coach the Principilty of Wales and the British and Irish Lions.

Mitchell was probably better quiting after NZ got knocked out and saved everybody time as there probably not much chance of him keeping of the job even though IMO he should of.

Without Jonny your team isnt as good. John Mitchell used to be Clive Woodwards righht hand man with England so had he stayed with England well he would of experienced a World Cup win.

Well who is the best player in the NZ team? maybe Richie McCaw..I don't think NZ would have any problems replacing backline players but forwards, yes it would make a difference.

yea he did his job really well and i guess his term was going to finish so it was an okay/good decision to replace him with graham henry who could do something new for us
