in recent test these bowlers have scored their first fifty in test cricket
who do u want or think will score their first fifty among the bowlers in test cricket

for me i would like any one of these two to score one in the coming series

Shoaib Akhtar
or
Harmison

Jono

Virat Kohli (c)
I would love to see Akhtar slog a 50. :)

Zaheer has now scored the highest ever score for a #11.

I can't see Martin getting many. Shoaib's slogs will probably net him a Murali-style 50 some day

i'd love to see warne get a test century- his current highest score is 99 out.

realistically though i think shoaib is a good chance, but not harmison, also mahkaya ntini who i saw hit 42* in a ODI in NZ but does not have a test 50 yet.

No chance of Harmison in the near future considering England will be walloped.
if that is going to happen!!, he may have more chances as he will get to bat in all the inngs :)

Good point. But considering the number of overs he would have bowled, it would take a huge, virtually impossible effort.

:D

I think the chances of Akhter scoring a fifty in the comming series is almost the same as that of Pakistani opener imran Farhat! :p

Kasper and Shoaib in the coming series, and I'd like to see Warne get his first hundred one day before he retired, he's played some good knocks over the years but won't get semi-all-rounder acknowledgement unless he gets triple figures.

Has Sami ever got a Test 50? He looked like he'd do alright if he put his mind to it with the bat. Too bad about his bowling.

warne will never get a test hundred, sami is quite a good defender and actually not a bad batsman, better than his record suggests.
