League Tri-Nations

Pretty good game today I thought. Some really big tackling from both teams. I thought the stand-out player was David Kidwell, man he nailed a couple of beauties...he's kinda come from nowhere to be playing international league again.

I thought the ref made a couple of poor calls on both sides..but in the end, both Australia & NZ missed a couple of fairly easy drop-goal attempts too which didn't help the cause.

I thought the ref done a pretty good job, David Kidwell should start and SBW start on the bench, i think both players would be more effective players used like this. Its a shame that Utai,Pulatua and big joe (:)) are out for the rest of the series.....Vainikolo in for Utai, Ali into the second row. Who else will come into the squad? Robbie Paul?

Best game of rugby league I've seen in a long time. Really enjoyed it - was so tense in that final 10!

Do you reckon there should be extra time? It could have been a fantastic way to finish.

I think NZ are adding Alex Chan, Vainokolo, Robbie Paul, Joe Vagana, Willie Talau, Shontayne Hape & Ali Lau'iti when they arrive in England this week.

Should be a really good series if Great Britain turn up to play aswell.

I believe GB is made up mostly of English & Welsh players.
NZ might have an ace-card in Robbie Paul at 5/8...he will know the English grounds well aswell as recent weather conditions.
