Two bowlers of similar ages who got similar starts to their career and similar number of wickets till now.

Who will end up with the better career?

Seales is the better bowling talent IMO but Jansen will probably have a better career. Trying to develop as a Test cricketer in the WI system is not going to be easy at all and Jansen will have more favourable pitches to bowl on too.

two things combined can be a factor, IE look at Vernon Philander or Younis Khan
Marco Jansen is so unique that his physical attributes will always make him a threat if he keeps fit, in the near 150 years of test cricket played perhaps only Bruce Reid was a similar bowler ..But Marco Jansen is a mobile fielder and he can bat ..If he can stay focused on red ball cricket he can be anything.

agreed, a left armer who happens to be near 7ft is a very unique kind of bowler, should be very successful if he stays focused on Red Ball and stays healthy.
