I’d go Jadeja, cause Jadeja has had to bat on tougher pitches in Ind(atleast post 2018, and has averaged 50 here), and Jadeja in Ind=Imran in Pak.
Neither of their batting impact is as significant as their bowling impact, and Imran at home as a bowler on much less supportive pitches was superior to Jadeja.

This ones actually close.... With the ball, Imran is better in home than Jadeja, and he absolutely bashed everything out of Sri Lanka (despite being minnows), but his record in India is just Okay. Jadeja on the other hand never played in Pakistan and his record in Sri Lanka is just fine. With the bat, I think Imran is just better in India, Pakistan and virtually everywhere, though Jadeja batted in tougher conditions.

Overall, I still think Imran's record is superior as Pakistani pitches weren't nearly as helpful as the Indian ones.
