ICC 2002 - creative ideas

Since ICC 2002 is the only ICC game with a usable ediotr on Windows XP, and some people seem to be disappointed in recent developments of ICC, is anyone interested in creating new databases? It is just an idea but might spark some enjoyment in a game series that seems to have halted evolution.

I thought of a Legends database or era database (such as each decade in a team). Any ideas people?
