Ian Bell vs Michael Vaughan

Definitely Vaughan. They average similar but he generally batted higher and with considerably more success than when Bell batted top 3. He also has three hundreds against Glenn McGrath whereas Bell was notoriously a bit of a downhill skier with the exception of the 2013 ashes.
