But what happened was that Rikki Clarke played for the surrey Board Xi and Surrey yet No noe seems to mind because its Surrey

Yet back in 2000 Kabir Ali was playing in both teams and Worcester had to play Glouester again

I seem to remember they changed the rules regarding it when they made the Cup a 2 season thing.

There's no way 2 teams would foul up like that.
