you wont geta choice of teams, and you will probably be asked if you wish to manage an acadamy team for next season, there is a list of about 5 managers in front f you for a top flight position i think (see thread on resignation).

With the number of signups that I have at the moment there is a small chance that he may not get an academy team. On top of the 4 current academy managers there are 9 signups that I need to contact before the start of the academy games.
