  3. Jacques Kallis
  4. AB de Villiers
  5. --- (this missing position could be anywhere from 3 to 7)
  6. David Miller
  7. Lance Klusener
  8. Shaun Pollock
  9. Dale Steyn
  10. Allan Donald
  11. Imran Tahir
(Of course, there are other options, such as Cronje—but assume this is all you’ve got. And yes, I’ve left out Gibbs, Morkel, Kirsten, Rabada, Smith, etc.)
