Height vs pace: which is more important for pace bowler success?

Assuming you had a pacer around 6'0 bowling accurately at 80 to 85mph, and you had the option of giving him either 7-8 inches extra in height or 10mph in average extra in pace, what would you you choose to give to make him more effective, assuming same level of accuracy?

A guy who bowled 145–153 kph on average while accurate and seaming it would be the 2nd incarnation of Jesus.

Definitely pace for me if he's already accurate.

To start with we have Kapil Dev. And the options are to make him either Tom Moody or Dale Steyn.

Release point > pace as long as the big release point bowler is quick enough.

Accurate high release fast medium is very successful in test cricket.
Yeah I don't think many here understand how 6'0 is a somewhat disadvantage unless you are a skidder like Steyn and Marshall.

Pace is better than height.

Pace tends to come at the expense of control though, so height is a better predictor of success.

Height if we're talking 6'7 with good accuracy. Getting steep bounce is a huge advantage, especially off a driveable length. You could extract bounce and carry from any surface as well.
