State Captain
Both were menacing fast bowlers. Harwood was quicker and more effective. Tough to compare due to the differences in era. But just for the heck of it, who do you think was better?

Adorable Asshole

International Regular
Really hard to judge. Akhtar bowled some of the best spells of fast bowling. It would be interesting to see how he would with bodyline in the 30s. Would most probably break a few jaws for sure.

State Vice-Captain
Have to go with Akhtar. 1. There is enough footage to render a complete opinion. 2. He was a ferocious bowler and one of the most incisive to have played.

Injuries meant he played 45 odd tests but he was a real demon.
