I think England's top order is better, plus they have a better 'keeper and spinner. Pakistan bat (much) deeper and have a better pace attack.

Though in saying this, Pakistan have two (maybe 1.5) spinners to England's one, and England have four quicks (using the term loosely) to Pakistan's three. So there's every chance I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Pak one is the same, Hutton and Compton debuted pre War. So Cook and Cowdrey comes in for them.
