- Keep 8 Squad Players + Both rookies (Retain all Draft Picks)

- Keep 9 Squad Players + And 1 Rookie (Retain all Draft Picks)

- Keep 10 + 1 rookie (Drop 3rd Draft Pick)

- Keep 10 + Both Rookies (Drop both 3rd and 4th Draft Picks)

The Kent Count Cricket Club Board Issued The Following Statement

Well after a very creditable season, the Kent CCC now have the horrible task of releasing 6 players into the Draft Pool... However this year's task has been so much harder after our manager Rich2001 completly mucked up the transfers! selling a couple players that he now wishes he hadn't and bringing in too many of the same standard player making picking between them impossible... As a result we have had to release two major stars into the Draft Pool that we didn't want too and now hope we can re-coup the same sort of standard in the Draft.

Warwickshire announce releases

At an emotinal press conference, Warwickshire manager, Kurt Chirstensen, announced the releases for the third season. "This has been a tough decision for all, as I have become good friends with many of these players over the past few months." Club Captain Shaun Pollock was also present as he delievered his parting to shot to the club, "I have enjoyed my time here, and I'd like to thank Kurt for being such a great manager, much better that old one. I'd like to wish everyone the best of luck as myself and others, head away for a new adventure. Perhaps we'll meet again someday. "I sure hope so".

Originally, I thought all managers had to retain 10 players + 0, 1 or both rookies.
However, Rich has stated in his lead post in this thread that you can keep only 8 of your squad apart from your rookies if you wish. I guess this means that some players might get 8 draft picks if they opt to only keep 8 and no rookies?

If u are not keeping the rookies u r not allowed to retain 8.If u drop the rookis u have to retain 10.Everyone will get only 6 dps.
