11 runs off 6 balls to a set batsman to a right hander in a must win world cup QF.

Which field setting would you have:

Option one:

-conventional third man
-point
-deep cover point (two metres to the right of the popping crease line)
-extra cover
-conventional deep mid off

Option two:

-wide third man
-point
-deep cover (middle(between the two lines of the popping crease)
-A very straight extra cover, almost a wide mid off
-conventional mid off

Option three:

-conventional third man
-backward point
-deep cover point
-extra cover
-a slightly wide deep mid off

Would depend on the 6 balls you are planning to deliver, and you'd change the field between each

Cow corner is more important than many of the off side fielding positions in the last death over of a tight match.

And unless we have 2 tailenders in, I'd say this particular scenario favors the batsmen. The bowler will need to take some risks or bowl some peach Yorkers to elicit the plays and misses needed to win.

Depends on the batsmen, no? 99% of the time if i've got a pacer delivering the last over I think you'de want your bowler to just deliver wide yorkers with 1 fielder behind the keeper on a scoop, two fielders on the off-side and one fielder straight down the ground on the boundary. But if the batsmen is keiron pollard i'de want a fielder just behind the bowler like dhoni use to use, and this plan wouldn't work to somoene like AB de villiers because he can just walk across his stumps and slog sweep you leg side with no fielders out.
