I will also post a .txt file of the updated lists on the forum for download for those who don't have excel...
There were also 2 teams who failed to submit their Draft lists and they were given random picks...
I have also sacked the Tamil Nadu manager for non submitting his draft lists

Looking at your list for Round 3 of the draft, I assume that Lancashire have Hampshire's 3rd pick as well as their own 3rd pick. This is how it should be.
By the way, in case anybody is wondering why only 23 sides are listed, Lancashire also acquired WP's 3rd pick but I dropped it as allowed.

It's not that suprising when there are 7 or so teams above you could try picking a player nobody would think about ie rookies from what I can see only one rookie was taken (SA)

OR

Put your 1st choice at 3rd
