1. Go to 'Main' on the battrick menu
2. 'Search' is one of the options on the drop down bar
3. Type in team name, user name, or ground name in the appropriate box, eg. 'Kipper XI' in the team name box
4. Relevant search results will appear on the right hand side, choose the correct option
5. Then in the team page, there's an option to challenge that team in the bottom right.

Same way as you hire them, except instead of choosing 'hire' you change it to 'fire'
