Yorkshire v NSW
Well its done. many people didnt give Yorkshire a chance(including me) and they didnt disappoint.
NSW batted first and batted well with a 68 and a good partnership.
2 wickets for hoggard but no one else did anything to sneeze about.
Yorkshire started horribly but a good 49 by blakey and poor middle order performance had the final over after 10 overs. Gough did some good work in the final overs and made it a respectable lose.
losing by 62 runs.
This from the Manager of Yorkshire.
"yeh we were outplayed and many of our team are megaly out of form, i mean really out of form, not just a bit out of form.."
He continued on like this for a bit.
"NSW deserved to win and im glad we even made it this far. Next week will be a crappy XI playing Mumbai as we will get better draft picks if we lose."

well could yorkshire pull of an upset. would nsw take the first ever wccc trophey.
the ca cup would provide the answers to these questions.
nsw batting first and got of to a terrible start with keeper b haddin going for 0 (1).nsw 1 - 1. when m clarke went for 16 (10) nsw where 2 - 26 and could this be yorkshires day. bevan and m waugh got the ball rowling until m waugh went for 32 (25) nsw 3 - 64. bevan was looking in fine touch like he has been all summer.the next to go was corey richards for a quick fire 32 (23).s lee provided good support to bevan who finished unbeaten on 68 (41) s. lee was 29 (20). so nsw would finish 4 - 185 from there 20 overs. the pick of the yorks attack was

chris silverwood was very disapointing as he took a caining with figures of

could yorks chase the runs against this great attack..
yorkshire loosing consistant wickets and only 2 bats really getting any value with r blacket 49 (27) and m vaugh 32 (36). yorks would stumble to be all out for 123 of there 20 overs. the pick of the bowlers would be

a massive win for the ca cup and bugs malone was a very happy man when we walked into the dressing room, the boys where singing and covering there manager with bottles of champaigne,as we just got a quick few words.
yer look i am very happy for the boys, look there has been alot of changes after this season due to the draft etc and i am really happy for the boys to get a cup between them as this side is just fantastic. we are just guna celebrate till the cows come home.
mate next week , another big game against qld so its all back to it for the div 1 decider so its looking very good but we can not get carried away. qld are a tough side but isnt it going to be a top game.
