When I update the team with the Team Editor, it doesn't update the teams in the game. Not sure why.

do u click on save changes each time?
Remember to click save changes in the player screen as well as the team screen after editing data.
I think I should have named the other button "cancel" instead of "ok" will change tht in the next ver.

I have downloaded all the runtime files, not sure what the problem is.

I get it when I click on the OK button after selecting configurations when I start up the game.....

i get run time errors in series and world cups at seeminky rando,m times, the numbers are 76 and 9 for the errors

I do save my changes to the teams...and when I go back into the editor, they have been made (ie the changes) but they don't show up in the game.

make sure you save it after every change you make

I do that. The teams are changed because next time I go to edit the teams, the changes have been implemented.

I found an error when u select Bangladesh in a series. I get the message:

Run-time error '383'
'Text' property is read only

Hi Everyone,

Thanks a lot for pointing out all those bugs and errors. Please keep them coming. It will help us making Total Cricket better. There's a request, please give out the exact error statement and take a screenshot of the error. Post the error screenshot in this thread, will help us better.

To those complaining about the editor, I think the editor is working absolutely fine. I've tried it myself and its working alright. Just remember to save the changes each time. If any problem still exists, please describe it along with a screenshot.

Hi,

I have created Kenya as an additional team using the excellent editor. However once I have played one match with each of the 10 test teams plus Kenya, the world rankings table fails to load up and the game automatically quits due to an error. I don't think it can cope with more than 10 teams as the error states: Run-time error '340' Control array element '11' doesn't exist. I have emailed Sriram the screenshot of the error. It would be great if you could fix this error so that the world rankings system could work for more than 10 teams. Other than that Total Cricket is a great game. Keep up the good work!!

Hi! Total cricket is a really awesome game. Well done all the developers.

Though there are quite a few bugs in it

-sometimes a bowler's scorecard shows one extra ball. e.g once it showed 10.1 overs

-the record form for the lowest score, doesn't show the scores in proper order. Once i had 120 to win. i won the match losing 2 wickets. But that was also included in the lowest score.

-some times only 5 balls are balled leaving the first ball blank

I will test the game for other bugs and keep u informed

apart from it , its a great game. hope u release the next ver soon.

runtime error 383 can be fixed

okay when you get something like




Run-time error '383'
'Text' property is read only

by having a team like bangladesh this is because they have no homeground. use the editior and give them a home ground. save the changes and select them as home team. You will notice all will be ok

bug

If I play with any other team except India, which I normally play with, It works perfectly. when I play with India, after the match is finished. It says "Run-time error '9' Subscript out of range". It doesnt who the opponent is or anything. I've got all the files that are needed. But still this happens. Help anyone?

in the world cup,if the semifinal is tied,the game doesnt continue bcoz it does not select a clear cut winner,is there a way where the developers can make the winner of the previous match between them the winner of the tied semifinal???
