Heaps of members would do a good job, but I think we might need some Cricket Chat specialists tbh. OT pretty much runs itself but Cricket Chat needs people who are regulars even in some of the more boring threads there. In CC it's really only Prince and Vic holding the fort for the most part.

I know for a fact that no moderators ever used to read the me-and-tec exchanges. I also have it on good authority that the KaZoH0lic-C_C exchanges were essentially skim-read.

EDIT - Also, you have been very sensible in your latest avatar. I can't say about earlier avatars as I didn't notice you minutely before. You also have public support and respect of the forum as was seen during sledgergate.
