"All players will be up for trade, with the exception of E.Howarth, S.DeJong, S.Thomas and N.Smith. I would be especially keen if anyone would like to take the woeful Engl....I mean Auckland bowling attack off my hands."

1/ A good bowler in both forms.
2/ Two opening batsmen.
3/ A good middle order bat in both forms.

"I have decided to place E.Howarth on the market temporarily. I wish to see what sort of trade offers I can get for him. This is because I have received a generous offer from a manager who shall go nameless. If I receive a better offer, I may consider trading away the budding star."

In summation, Howarth is available for trade.
