I am sorry to say Paid but this is not the way to play the game.If all the div 3 managers agree we would like to make Age as the D3 all star manager.I told u last time around that W Anderson is a batsman and u were playing him at 10 and did not submit the team next time.If u have no knowledge abt the other players then u shl step down and let someone else more capable take over.I know i am being harsh but thats the way to go i think.How can u play 6 genuine bowlers in a one day game and only four batsman.To say the least i am shocked.If the team loses to some good cricket from the other side then it is understood but this is ridiculous.I would like all the div 3 managers to look into the matter.

MA Kahn is not a wicketkeeper.He is a fast bowler.This shows u have no knowledge abt the players in the squad.You can atleast have a look at the season avges before selecting the team.D Anderson has been played in all the games who is a reserve batsman(not saying that he is bad but better ones are there) and G Smith hasnt been played till now.

I think its a bit late to be changing managers since this is our last match and im pretty sure we wont be making the finals. He was selected as the all star manager so i dont think he could be removed no matter how badly he does. Maybe for the next all star series the managers could vote on which manager they would want to represtent their division so it may be take more seriously.

If Paid wishes to step down then so be it, But it will be me who selects a replacement, If you have a problem the way Paid runs the side, why not help him rather than just condem all his selections... I only had a problem with you selecting his whole side, but the All-Stars is a time when all the managers join forces againt the rivals and offer your opinions to the selected manager.

Ya I know,I tried to my level best to explain Paid.In the second match he played W Anderson at no 10 who is a great batsman.I talked to him on msn and said that W Anderson is batsman and move him up the order but he didnt listen.Now u only say how can a batsman play at 10.If he is just interested in putting the side without seeing who does what then how can he continue.If he doesnt knows who does what he can at least see the avges file and then decide or ask any of the other Div 3 managers.

Can some other Div 3 manager select the side for the od again and a better one.We need to win this one and by selecting just 4 batsman i dont think we can.

Sorry but i have not selected sides like u have.Because of u we had to forfiet one of our games.Although div 3 fc has lost 2 out of the three matches but i dont think its my fault.I have done my level best to select the sides.I dont think anyone is unhappy by my selections.I have all the reasons if anyone wants abt the selection of the sides as i have done.For eg as this game is in Colts where seaming conditions are there i am playing 3 quicks and A Jones to make it 4.I dont select sides like u with just 4 batsman and 6 bowlers and on top of it no all rounder.

Leave all this.Just one suggestion.
PLEASE CHANGE THE SIDE.

play 5 batsman 1 allrounder 1 wk and 4 bowlers.Play anyone but in this format so that we have a chance.Look at the season avges who have performed well pick them for this crucial match.

Erm, if I remember correctly, you were appointed to this job, but wanted to swap, so therefore you can have no complaints - Paid has the job, and as such it is his choice who he selects.

All this fuss over a game that really doesn't matter :P

its interesting, I guess, I was second in 4 day, 4th in one day, but I managed to get only one player in the AS squads.

I guess all my players must have been average, although I wonder what S. Cunis did wrong to not get into the one day squad.

Anyway, stress less my friends, its just an All-star game, doesn't mean anything.

BUT

I'll like to remind you Aditya, that I won the Division 2 - One Day title playing 4 batsman, 2 bowling all-rounders (all-rounders being nice to them), and 5 bowlers
