Flower's XI Back in the winning garden

The Flower's XI have pulled themselves out of a massive form slump by claiming a massive victory against the often unsuccesful Imran Kahn's XI. Skipper P. Marsden, who was announced yesterday to represent the team in the All Stars, scored an incredible 93. Manager DJellett stated that it was a good victory for the side. Sadly, in the second match this week, the side was defeated soundly by the Sober's XI. Manager DJellett is now looking forward to the All-Stars series, today being named a certain pick for one of the 4 available coaching spots. "Obviously it will be great to get a go against some of the bigger and better teams, and hopefully prepare me for my transition to the Big League in the future, and it will be great to be able to watch over Patty (Patrick Marsden) and the boys in the side". It is rumored that he will team up with Dark Hunter, of the Gavakar's XI, in either the one-day, or four day role.

Very very dissapointing end to the season in both the 1day and 4day comps. With 2 losses in 1 day and 1 loss in the 4day.

We were true 1 day contenders being equal lead leading into these 2 rounds. To have all the work undone by 2 shockers of games. This put us right out of contention and back with the rest of the pack.

Dissapointing. I look forward to the All Star series and hope to manage a winning side against the big boys.

Look forward to it, hopefully it can bput a brightner to the end of my season.

A dissapointing end to the season for the Gav's XI. A large total from Bradman's Xi was all that stopped them taking the championship.
