Qadir (along with Underwood) is one of the few spinners I like watching highlights of. That might be the case with Luffy as well.

I figured it was because he was obviously a level better than the other three.

Kaneria played on largely horrible roads and had Kamran Akmal keeping to him. He's the next best here IMO.
