A small complaint

Here's the OD bowling order I submitted for this season

1. R Cunningham, P Jones
2. M Righton
3. O Cope, D Brown
4. P Wilcox, A Hall
5. B Akhil
6. U Lowe

Here's the bowling order from my first match
P Jones
M Righton
O Cope
A Hall
B Akhil

Now if I'm not mistaken, Cunningham was supposed to open the bowling. It certainly is more than a little annoying when one of your best bowlers doesn't bowl at all, while a complete dud like Akhil almost gets through his full compliment. I daresay it didn't help my chances much. Was this some kind of mistake?

Maybe so, I'm just checking. It still seems pretty ridiculous to me that a no.10 batsman, chosen to open the bowling, doesn't even get a bowl.

can i add, cunningham is down for 5 overs, which is surely enough to get him through his compliment of 10, considering players like L Cush (Karn) who are down for 3 overs per match bowled most of his overs.

VCM4 does things like this. I think you'll find that all of your players who have bowling stats might bowl a bit in the 4 day games, even if you don't want them too! It was for this reason, I traded slightly better batsmen who bowled crap for slightly worse batsmen that don't bowl at all.

how i understand is that it takes an option of 1 or 2 on your top line.
so if you have jones at 1 and cunningham at 2 then they would have been your opening bowlers.

because you have 2 bowlers as the 1st option the sim doesnt take it in that order. it takes the best case scenario.

so if it was
cunningham 1
jones 2

then that would be your opening combo.

blewy or someone will correct me if i am wrong.

Makes sense actually, is it possible for me to change my order?

OK that makes sense bugs although that means we've been given wrong info as in some people said it was ok to put two on the same line...
