Howe hope you’re okay man.

Think people were just memeing and shitposting but can understand how it can feel like a personal pile-on because of the June thing.

Really sorry if I contributed, didn’t intend to and hope you’re back. <3

Speaking seriously for a moment: enough with the fights over the scheduling and the rain in every thread, please. Rain sucks, we get it, you don't need to bring it up in match threads when it isn't even raining.

Bowling first is a baaaad call IMO.
They're making it look like a worse decision too.

Never write a Pakistan team off, though. Could concede 400 then some unknown bat comes out and slaps them to a win with 5 overs to spare.

It's also that this WC has actually not followed recent ODI trends and been more like, well, a WC, in that chasing has been tough. And there hasn't been a lot of swing outside of those first few games.

Pakistan stealing West Indies hard earned most boneheaded bowling performance of the tournament crown.

that is so unlucky for Pakistan. half a second later and the fielder would have seen what's up.

Pakistan may well be making a call that whatever India scores, they can get ahead of whatever the DL rate is when the rain comes. Can see the logic even if I don't enjoy the negativity of it.

Pakistan also seem like the classic example of a side thatd benefit from runs on the board. I don't recall them bring especially adept at pressure chases

A video going around Twitter has a Pakistan fan going through Manchester on a shire horse. This world is truly bonkers.

Oh yeah I hadn't considered this. despite having no depth beyond their openers, SL were killing the DL rate for half the innings yesterday when rain was predicted
