Can't comment on Viv, but Bevan scared me as a fan more than Tendulkar, Kohli, and AB. I never thought we would get him out

Both Viv and Bevan took nailed on English victories and turned them into defeats - I'm still haunted by both those games.

I was surprised to see how low Michael Bevan's strike rate was compared to others already elected. More than half the voters (including me) nominated him. His ability to guide his team home in later stages of an innings was outstanding but I thought he might have had a higher SR.

I think it's tough to compare Strike Rates as there was just a different mindset to ODI's at that time. 250 was more often than not a winning total. Bevan was great at playing the innings that the game required.

This is the one that haunts me (if England had won they'd probably have made the semis despite not playing in Zimbabwe). It maybe remembered as Bichel's finest hour, but Australia don't win it without Bevan's knock at a mere 59 SR.
