Heres,

To the U19 selector who doesnt give a stuff about anyone except himself and picks fights when he desires to.
Cheers, Rodgie.

Mental note taken on your attitude towards U/19 selectors who have the U/19 team in their best interests.

This had nothing to do with suspensions, or abuse, or prior poor attitudes. Wake up.

If you had a clue about the selection criteria for all of the past U/19 tours and teams you would'nt have said something so insane.

Hey guys

I thought i better make this official, i was hoping my new captain would, but it doesn't seem to be the way its done these days. With the up coming Test Series on the way, i would like to get this out of the way, so i can concentrate on giving my best to my country.

I have decided to leave the club to play for CW Blue. This was probably the hardest decision i have had to make. I have really enjoyed my time at Red and all you guys are great bunch of fellas and i really wish you the best in the future. I hope we can still get along and you guys don't hate me for leaving.

I felt i needed a new challenge and with lack batting resources and backup keeper in Blue, due to inactivity, transfers and potential international call ups (ODI mainly). I felt Blue would give me a greater challenge to try and lead batting line up.

When i moved to Red from Colts, the main reason i left was because i felt i wasn't ready to lead at batting line up, at that stage of my career. But moving to Red and playing with international class batting line up you guys allowed me develop my game at my own pace. I feel now that im at the stage where i want dominate the league and this opportunity would allow me require to lead a batting line up. It all about the challenge for, that Blue might provide.

I do wish you guys all the best, especially guys like Kenny and Jamee. Both of you guys have been really great members of the club and your commitment to the club has been great even with your lack of games at time. I hope one positive comes from my decision and you guys get a greater chance to cement a 1st XI due my departure.

Best of luck in the future guys, its been great playing with you guys.

Very sad to see you go Thamba, its leaves us with a significant hole in the batting lineup. Twas a pleasure having you at reds, shame it wasn't longer. Good luck at Blue, and if you ever want to return I'm sure the door is always open.

Sad to see you go, Thamba, you've been a really important part of the team during your time here and you'll be sorely missed. Good luck at Blue (you'll need it against us :p hopefully), though, and no hard feelings at all, you're a good guy in my books. Hopefully, though, we'll stay CW XI teammates ;)
